Dr. Felicidad Felicilda and his wife Rhodora Felicilda are medical professionals; they started their ministry by simply offering free medical consultations on some church members and friends.  Then later, they started free clinics on mission churches and depressed areas, helping pastors establish their ministries.  Dr. Felicilda was the leader of the single professional group in Bible Baptist Church Katipunan, Cebu City.

On July 2001, Dr. and Mrs. Felicidad Felicilda were burdened to start a Bible study in one of the depressed areas of Talisay City.  This is an area were addiction, prostitution and poverty are rampant.  The Bible study grew in number and the couple asked their Pastor, Dr. Armie Jesalva to send a Bible college graduate to start a church on this area.  Pastor Armie Jesalva however, sends Dr. Felicilda to become a missionary in this place, thus Talisay Baptist Church was started.

On December 16, 2001, the first service of Talisay Baptist church was held, it consisted of 70 people and from then on by the Grace of God, our attendance averages about 300 including children.
Talisay Baptist Church also established the Children’s Ministry; these are street children being taught with the Word of God.

With the burden that he has for souls, Dr. Felicilda wanted to reach out to more souls such that God hath opened up the way for him to see the Amazing Grace Mission Soul winning Booth through the internet.  He then started to correspond to Dr. John Gardner who advised him about the soul winning booth.  On October 6-16 2005, TBBC set up a soul winning booth at the Talisay City Inasal Festival Agro Industrial Fair. It was a wonderful event. After 4 days, they already had more than 501 souls saved. We give God all the praise! Thank you Lord for these souls!

The Soul winning booth procedure is very effective to interest people to inquire about the Bible and salvation.  In fact compared to medical outreach program, tract distribution, saturation, the soul winning booth proves to be more effective in sharing the Gospel.  By the grace of God, in TBBC there are now six faithful attendees because of the soul winning booth.

It is our desire that the Amazing Grace Mission Soul Winning Booth will proliferate in all areas of our country, and many souls will be saved.  It is also our prayer that saved souls will be disciple by the different Baptist churches in their locality.

The Philippines has a lot of festivals and fair being a Catholic nation thus there is great opportunity to set up soul winning booth.

Please pray for us that we may be able to achieve this program for the Glory of God.
